AN IMPORTANT NOTE ON THE PROFESSIONAL BUSINESSES WITHIN OUR GROUP
The independent entities that together form the One Consultancy Group, are likely, from time to time, to recommend each other’s legal, accountancy, financial and other suitable professional services to their clients.
Each has negotiated discounted rates for services provided by the other companies in the group and looks to pass on these savings to their clients. In addition, they do not usually look to charge for their time in liaising with other companies within the group.
In some cases, a company may collect reduced fees from their clients to pay external professionals (such as solicitors and accountants) for specific matters. It is important to note that this is not a referral fee.
It’s important to note that the professionals recommended are independent entities, operating separately. There may be instances where they are unable to represent you, and they will inform you accordingly.
Each entity will act on your instructions, and will not be influenced by another entity in any way.
The professionals are usually bound by obligations and requirements concerning service, competence, conflicts of interest, codes of conduct and relevant regulatory matters determined by their regulator.
While you can instruct professionals of your choice, please understand that any involvement and engagement with them on your behalf by any company may be charged separately.
